Mr. Emery joined JMI in 2006 and is based in Baltimore, Maryland. His JMI investment experience includes AirClic, Inc., Gemcom Software, Inc. and Granicus, Inc.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2006, Mr. Emery was an Analyst at Thomas Weisel Partners in their Technology Investment Banking group and a Research Associate at Thompson, Siegel & Walmsley, Inc.

Mr. Emery graduated from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce and is a CFA charterholder.
