Mr. Greenberg joined JMI in 2006 and is based in San Diego, California. His JMI investment experience includes The Search Agency, Inc. 

Prior to joining the Firm in 2006, Mr. Greenberg was an Associate at Cascadia Capital within the M&A practice and an Analyst at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin.

Mr. Greenberg graduated from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
