Mr. Ramsey joined JMI as a Venture Partner in 2005. Mr. Ramsey is a Director of Configuresoft, Inc. and Service-now.com, Inc.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2005, Mr. Ramsey had a number of roles at Quest Software, Inc. including Vice President of Marketing and Sales. Prior to Quest, Mr. Ramsey was Vice President of Sales for Computer Intelligence and was employed by IBM in sales.

Mr. Ramsey graduated from the University of California and from the American Graduate School of International Management.
