Mr. Nye joined JMI in 2005 and is based in Baltimore, Maryland.  Mr. Nye is a current Director of Appriss, Inc. and Harmony Information Systems, Inc.  His JMI investment experience includes Apparent Networks, Inc., Axeda Corporation, QuIC Financial Technologies, Inc., Seismic Micro-Technology, Inc., Undertone Networks, Inc. and Unica Corporation. He also sits on the Board of the Young Atlantic Venture Association (YAVA).

Prior to joining the Firm in 2005, Mr. Nye was a Consultant with Bates White, LLC.

Mr. Nye graduated from Princeton University.
