ServiceBench Wins NVTC Hot Ticket Award
ServiceBench, a subsidiary of N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, Inc. (NEW) and the leading provider of web-based service management solutions, received the “Hottest Exit” award by the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) last evening at its seventh annual “Hot Ticket” Awards for its acquisition by NEW earlier this year.

The NVTC awards program recognizes local entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial companies for achievements that make them "hot" - great vision, superior ability to implement and deliver, innovative management approaches, and overall success.
The NVTC is a membership association for the technology community in Northern Virginia which includes about 1100 member companies and represents more than 200,000 employees.
